Hm.

I've most definitely gotten thinner since moving out here and I'm pretty okay with that. It must be all the constant walking up UCLA's death hills an having to walk almost two miles to buy dish soap. Still no respond back from the employer I've been waiting to hear from even though I emailed him yesterday asking if I got the job or not. *sigh*

Today Will be a day full of maybe homework, but mostly me being a lazy ass.

I still haven't gotten an email back from the Museum job I had an interview for last Friday. The interviewer said he would email me in the middle of this week, but I haven't gotten anything yet. It's really worrying me because I need this job badly. I think my interview went very well. During it the interviewer kept giving me names and saying "so you can get used to the names of the people in this department." He also didn't really ask me any common interview questions. He just told me what to wear, what I would be doing on the job and asked when I was free to work (which is all the time during their business hours). I'm still really worried though.

I finally got internet in my apartment! :D I must keep focused on doing my homework. Can't...give...in...to the internet! You can see my part of the room behind me with all of my lovely posters and pictures. Now it's time to go eat!

First day of class at UCLA!

You know, I thought when I would finally attend UCLA I would be surrounded with like minded people. People who were not a total California cliche. I found out I was wrong when I girl let out a "hellsss yeaa!!" in response to the professor's 80's  pop culture reference. Then again it's only the first day of school. 

I dyed my hair blue this morning! It's still curly from drying, but I will make it nice tonight! I have my job interview tomorrow and I'm super excited about it. It's for the Fowler Museum on campus.

On another note some of my files didn't transfer over from my old laptop to my new one and my dad already reased all my files from my old laptop. I'm also really annoyed that myspace changed their whole layout and erased all my old pictures that  hadn't saved to any of my newer  computers. Which includes hilarious teenage pictures of my boyfriend when he was an awkward teenager. *sigh* so much rage right now.

Starbucks!

I still don't have internet at my  apartment yet, but I will soon! So I'm bumming internet at Starbucks with my roommate. I've been getting ready for classes and am FINALLY going to stop being lazy and dye my hair blue tomorrow. I'm still waiting for a reply back to the museum jobs I applied for and am also waiting for a email from my application to model at Lipp Service. I really hate waiting.

My life seems so boring right now. I need school to start.

Yesterday I finally moved in the rest of my stuff to my apartment in LA! I'm really excited to be here finally! I love my apartment, but I just wish I wasn't surrounded by skanks and bros as neighbours. While sitting outside talking to my boyfriend on the phone there were a countless number of drunk skanks yelling "OH MY GAD! I'M SO DRUNK WOO COLLEGE!" Needless to say I may go crazy. This upcoming week is welcome week then next week is my first week of classes. Then in a month my boyfriend comes to California again and we are going to follow the excellent band Angelspit around during their southern california tour dates.

Palty

I've been in limbo for the past three weeks. I put off moving till this coming saturday because I still have too many things to finish before moving. However, one of my many fun tops before moving was the local 99 Ranch where I found they sell Japanese hair dye. Today I have to go shopping for interview outfits since I don't think someone will hire me if I show up in goth boots and a ass peeking mini skirt.

Last Friday

Last friday was "White Night" at Das Bunker in Los Angeles. Safe to say Violet and I attended again this year.

In other news I move into my apartment this coming saturday, even though I haven't heard from my roommates which is worrying me a little bit. I just have to keep telling myself that everything will be fine.
